Office Manager/Bookkeeper (Must have QuickBooks exp.)

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Office Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily
operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Proficient in QuickBooks;
payroll, accounts payable, social media marketing, and Microsoft Office software. The
ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and exceptional customer service
abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Communication notices, reminders, and Facebook/Website updates will be
provided on time.
• Effective social medial outreach and communication.
• Keep records accurate, secure, and accessible.
• Publish bulletins, newsletters, and various reports accurately, attractively, readable,
and timely.
• Maintain church rosters/directory with the latest contact information.
• Maintain QuickBooks accounting, bookkeeping and payroll software.
• Attend church committee meetings as necessary.
• Work with the church staff
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
